Based in The Netherlands, FFWD Fast Forward® is a young high-end brand, specializing in high speed wheels. Carbon only. Period.

FFWD’s goal is to deliver fast, lightweight and durable wheels to the Road, Cyclocross, Track & Triathlon market. Their primary focus is on outstanding craftsmanship, quality and design.

All spoke wheels are laced and hand built in Holland by master wheel-smith Zoran Kabala in Assen. Each set of wheels is meticulously put together, trued to the ‘Mµ’ and released into the world of speed with a unique serial number and a "birth" certificate stating the production date.

Only the best of ingredients (read components) are being used! High Tensile TC35 Carbon rims, FFWD or DT Swiss hubs, Sapim CX Ray or DT Aerolite spokes. Brass nipples together with a lot of intrinsic wheel builder finger skills ensure top quality and long term serviceability.

The current range of high end products consists of high performance Road, Triathlon and Cyclocross wheels, 3 spoke, disc and Track wheels in all major sizes and variations (700c and 650c, tubular/clincher types).

DISC - Carbon Disc Wheels 650c / 700c

FFWD Disc wheels offer the best in aerodynamics and lateral rigidity.

The lenticular shaped disc wheels smoothen the disturbed air produced by the rider and crosswinds, so airflow leaving the wheel surface is less turbulent than on a flat disc or wire spoke wheel. Less turbulence means more speed.

WARRANTY POLICY

FFWD warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years after original date of purchase. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable.

ENTRO is obliged to guarantee the item sold against latent defects which render it unsuitable for its intended usage, or reduce this usage to such an extent that the buyer would not have purchased the item, or that he would have purchased it only at a lower price if he had known the latent defects existed.

Returning a FFWD wheel

Any return to FFWD for examination will be handled by ENTRO.

IMPORTANT: If you want to return your wheel to FFWD, please make sure to return it without the tubular or clincher tire, without the sprockets and without the quick release skewer.


Warranty’s limitation

The FFWD warranty covers exclusively the manufacturing defects of its products and excludes, notably, from its scope of application any damage, prejudice and, more generally, any direct or indirect consequence which would result from bad use or failure to respect user instructions, the lack of maintenance or a non-conforming use of the product.

The FFWD warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear. Wear and tear parts are subject to damage as a result of normal use and riding in conditions / usage for applications other than recommended. Wear and tear parts are identified as:

1.  brake pads.

2.  brake surface of tubular and clincher rims.

3.  ball bearings

IMPORTANT: Always use FFWD carbon brake pads when using FFWD full carbon wheels. Do not forget to change your carbon brake pads when you're going to ride with wheels with a brake surface other than carbon. Debris from the brake surface might get stuck in the carbon brake pads which will result in unrepairable damage to your full carbon rim. Not following this instruction will void warranty.
