Five Point Plan of Champion System

Champion System was started to create a company that would take an entirely new approach to custom cyclewear. No longer would customers have to pay absurd prices, endure confusing price structures, be limited to using only a few colors and have high minimums forced upon them.

The key to the 5 point plan was simple:

1. Use only the finest materials and construction methods to make pro-quality garments.

2. Create a full line of custom cyclewear so any team, regardless of size, could look like a pro squad.

3. Offer teams unlimited colors on all garments and not charge them extra.

4. Create a simple, all-inclusive pricing structure.

5. Allow teams to order as few or as many items as they want by offering the most flexible minimums in the industry.

Champion System has combined 15 strong years of  knowledge of the apparel business with their love of the sport (there're all competitive cyclists) to offer your team the best possible products and service. 

Nothing is more important to them than knowing they are doing a good job.

Low Minimums For Easy Ordering

To place an order with Champion System you only need to order 10 of any same-style item to get started.  After that, you can order any main item one-at-a-time.  Confused?  Here are some examples of acceptable orders:

  • 10 short sleeve jerseys, 1 long sleeve jersey, 1 vest.

  • 10 bib shorts, 1 skinsuit, 1 short sleeve jersey, 1 winter jacket.

  • 10 wind jackets, 1 wind vest, 1 bib short, 1 bib knicker.

* Accessories (gloves, caps, warmers etc. have separate minimums.  See below for details).

That's right, you can order items ONE AT A TIME as long as you are ordering at least 10 of any same-style item.  Finally, your time trial teammate can order one long sleeve skinsuit and your teammate that trains all winter can order one pair of custom fleece bib tights.

Incredible, right? Compare our minimums to other companies.  None of our competitors will allow you to order items one at a time!

Accessory minimums:

  • Gloves - 10 pieces
  • Shoe Covers - 10 pieces
  • Arm/Leg/Knee Warmers - 10 pieces per style.
  • Cycling Caps - 10 pieces if part of a jersey/short order.  25 pieces for cap-only orders.
  • Socks - 50 pairs

2006 Chamois

                          

For the 2006 season Champion System are using a revolutionary Italian 4-Way Pad®. What truly sets this new pad apart is that it’s a stretch pad.  That’s right – an elastic chamois.  Why is this important?  As you ride and your legs go round and round, you need a pad that moves and conforms.  Traditional pads stay in one place.  Ours doesn’t.  The first time you ride in our stretch 4-Way Pad® you will immediately feel the difference! 
 
Also, our 4-Way Pad® is BIOAKTIV.  Unlike other pads that are labelled as “antibacterial” our pad uses no chemical substance on the fabric, and no chemical substance near your skin.  BIOAKTIV avoids formation of bacteria thanks to the silver ions in the yarn. Unlike a chemical substance on the fabric, this is permanent; it does not disappear after washing!
